Greywinds' story is a simple one. In early 2005, the founders of this company were creating custom gift baskets for a few local businesses as well as family and friends. Demand grew over the years and the Internet was the next logical step.

So here we are. Now Greywinds can provide its clients with another method of ordering their favorite gifts and personal items. We will continue to maintain a physical presence in the Raleigh area through trade shows and charitable events.

We are grateful to all those who supported our endeavor over the years. A special thanks to Homes in Motion who gave us a chance in the early years.

Greywinds is happy to introduce Jacqueline Dyer, an accomplished artist commissioned to create our company's logo and some of the other artwork you see on Greywinds' products. She can be reached at 207-212-5559.

It is also our pleasure to be a part of helping children and animals in the Raleigh area. Beginning with the third quarter of 2009, Greywinds will donate a total of 3% of our quarterly sales to charitable organizations near and dear to Greywinds' employees.

Shipping Information:

In order to maintain the freshest product possible, we create our products 3 times per week. Shipping will usually take place within 1-3 days after production. We have a few products that require 2 days to set before being able to ship. In the event you require a large or custom order, the shipping time will be discussed with you personally.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with any product you purchased from Greywinds, please notify us by phone 919-612-8953 or by email at satisfaction@greywinds.com within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund your purchase price for that item or issue a store credit, whatever you prefer.

North Carolina Sales Tax

All items shipped to North Carolina addresses will be charged sales tax. Sales tax varies throughout the state. For Alexander, Catawba, Cumberland, Haywood, Martin, Mecklenburg, Pitt, Sampson and Surry counties: The sales tax applied for your counties will be the standard tax for the majority of the counties in the state. North Carolina residents are responsible for submitting any use tax not collected on internet sales. In this case, you would be responsible for submitting any difference in the tax due and the tax actually collected by Greywinds.

What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing items?

Call Customer Satisfaction at 919-612-8953, Monday-Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm ET. Please have your packing slip available. *Tip: If possible, sign for the package as “damaged upon receipt” from the courier.

How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

You may remove yourself from our mailing list by sending an email to satisfaction@greywinds.com and providing us with the proper contact information. You will be removed from the mailing list as soon as we receive the necessary information. You may also contact us by phone 919-612-8953 and provide us with the proper contact information and we will remove you from the mailing list.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Greywinds does not currently offer standard gift certificates. We do offer single-use certificates that can be customized for that special person in your life.
